Policies

Venue Booking — Rules & Guidelines

  • Booking & Confirmation
  • Bookings are available exclusively to club members and affiliated club members, subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment prior to the date of the function.
  • No tentative booking shall be held for more than 24 hours. Unconfirmed tentative bookings shall stand cancelled automatically thereafter.
  • Member Discount
  • A 20% discount is applicable when the venue is booked for a function directly connected with the member's immediate family — spouse, son, daughter, or parents. Requisite documentary proof must be submitted at the time of booking.
  • Timing & Extensions
  • Food and beverage service shall be provided until 11:45 PM. The venue must be fully vacated within 30 minutes thereafter.
  • Extension of party time beyond 12:15 AM is subject to management approval and will attract an additional charge of ₹3,000 + GST per hour.
  • Cancellation of a party booking must be intimated to the General Manager at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellation Charges
  • All booking cancellations are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking value.
  • If cancellation is communicated after 72 hours from the date of booking, or falls within the event window, 100% of the booking value shall be forfeited.
  • Décor & Vendors
  • All tentage, decoration, lighting, and floral arrangements must be executed exclusively by the Club's empanelled vendors. No outside vendors are permitted.
  • Music & Noise
  • Music and sound systems must be kept at a low volume so as not to disturb the neighbourhood and residential areas adjoining the Club.
  • Playing of music is strictly restricted to 10:00 PM. No music or amplified sound is permitted beyond this time.
  • Only light instrumental music is permitted — Shehnai, Saxophone, etc. DJs, Orchestras, and Bands are not allowed.
  • Penalty for violation of music/noise rules: ₹25,000.
  • General Conduct
  • No fireworks of any kind are permitted inside the Club premises under any circumstances. Violation attracts a penalty.
  • No processions shall be allowed inside the Club Gate. Violation will attract a penalty.
  • No animals — Elephant, Horse, or Dogs — are permitted inside the Club Gate.
  • The cost of any damaged property shall be recovered in full from the booking member.
  • The Management reserves the right to amend these rules from time to time. Members are advised to contact the Club Office for the most current guidelines.

Booking Rules

  • Bookings available to members and affiliated club members against written request and advance payment, subject to availability.
  • Check-In: 12:00 PM  |  Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Complimentary with stay: Breakfast, Lawn Tennis, Swimming, Gymnasium, Squash, Billiards.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi access available in all guest rooms.

General

Club General Rules

Dress Code

Smart casual attire is required in all club premises. Sportswear is permitted only in designated sporting areas. Formal attire required for evening events in the Auditorium and Dining Room.

Guest Policy

Members may bring guests to the Club subject to the rules of the Rule Book. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times within the Club premises.

General Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves with decorum befitting the traditions of the Club. The Management Committee reserves the right to take action in cases of misconduct.
